CUSTOMERS LIVES MATTER

This product is targeted at providing security companies with a method of gaining secure and efficient access to a customer’s premises when it matters most.

You want to know that you have the answers when a customer has experienced a security breach. With Guardcell you manage the process and are in full control.

GUARDCELL ADVANTAGE

Having a single device to access any premises under your care is a unique advantage.

The system also provides the ability to segregate your reaction vehicles by area, ensuring accountability at a supervisory level.

The system gives you control over the level of security. Each reaction officer is equipped with a unique remote that provides access during the activation period ensuring on-site support from any officer in the area.

FIRST OF ITS KIND

Guardcell has a unique footprint built over many years in partnership with Sherlotronics which has a significant service record in the security industry.

We are one of the first to provide this unique solution to the industry, which has been customised to support the needs of reaction officers where quick secure access is paramount to the safety of your clients.

The Guardcell System Operation

A secure gate access control receiver is installed at the customer premises. This could be installed at an automatic gate, side gate or a security door. A keypad is located in the security company’s reaction vehicle. The keypad is used to gain access to a customer’s premises by entering a valid access code. The keypad transmits an access request to the receiver, which opens the gate.

This activation opens a time window, during which reaction officers can enter and inspect the premises using their remotes. All officers can access the property during this window, which expires after a time limit or on deactivation by a reaction officer. This ensures that any officer in the area can respond and provide on-site support – and there is no delay in gaining access.

The keypad can be configured to operate in different modes. It can be loaded with access credits which are consumed each time an access code is entered. Alternatively, the keypad can be paired to a secure dongle located in the vehicle allowing it to be used for access provided it is within range of the vehicle.

The third mode uses a keypad located at the customer’s premises and operated using a one-time pin (OTP), issued on request by the management software. Once an OTP is used it is no longer valid. Using a newer pin will disable all older pins in the sequence.
